Controls the in-game popup shown when levels are unlocked or locked by the profile sync. The once-only option prevents the same level/state popup appearing again when the level menu refreshes.
Tickets are submitted from the in-game Report a Bug button. Players can only access the locked ticket form, not the staff admin panel.
